Every year, Franklin Templeton employees around the world come together to support local communities through Involved HOLIDAYS, the firm’s global volunteer campaign that extends its commitment to service beyond June’s annual global month of service, Impact Days. Throughout the holiday season, employees volunteered their time and skills across a broad range of initiatives. Activities included preparing and serving meals, engaging with schools, restoring community spaces, and donating essential items to those in need. Each project addressed local priorities while contributing to a broader global effort. More than 200 employees across 48 locations worldwide participated in last year’s campaign, contributing over 1,000 volunteer hours through 109 volunteer projects. These efforts supported more than 90 charitable organizations, reflecting the firm’s continued focus on community engagement and social impact.
